• Returns & Refunds: Because the products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizes, colors, or change-of-mind purchases.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work to provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

• Clinics: Clinic registrations are fully refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled clinic. Refunds are not available within 7 days of the clinic date unless the event is canceled.

• Pre-Orders: If an item is available for pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page. All pre-orders will ship on or around the stated date.
